Serviceweb, based just out outside the coastal town of Whitstable in Kent, has been in business since 1998 offering our clients first class sales and service. We pride ourselves on taking care of the customer first and we're very comfortable working with Mac, Windows, or mixed environments.

Serviceweb was founded with service in mind, something that seems to be rare these days. From selling you a Mac, MacBook or iPad to repairing an iPod, Serviceweb has got it covered. Serviceweb is Kent's leading Apple Authorised Service Provider and Apple Reseller. All repairs are carried out by Apple certified technicians using genuine, Apple spare parts. We believe that no one understands Mac products like we do. With a wealth of experience from years spent using, exploring, and sharing information about Macs, we know our stuff. Our enthusiasm and expertise shows in the level of personalised service we provide for our customers.

Our business philosophy is simple: be there for our customers when there's a problem. Our History

Serviceweb was founded in 1999 by Steve Clayton and Paul Downey and appointed an "Apple Authorised Service Provider"

2003 - Serviceweb move to new larger premises and become an "Apple Authorised Reseller"

2009 - Serviceweb merge with Comtec Computers Ltd

2010 - Serviceweb appointed Adobe Education dealer and Zyxel Certfied Partner.
